Finding good candidates to interview is one of the biggest challenges in hiring. Nobody likes going through hundreds of resumes. We run AI automation to sort candidates, then handpick and forward the top 0.5-1%. Almost all clients review only 5-20 profiles per opening.

Higher quality candidates

Unlike traditional platforms and recruiters who rely on basic ATS filters and keyword matching, we evaluate candidates through richer metrics: work experience quality, personal projects, open-source contributions, hackathon wins, and more.

Lowest rates in the industry

Traditional recruiters charge 8.33-20% of CTC per hire. We charge just 5% because our tech and network allow us to find quality candidates with less effort.

How it works

  1. We discuss requirements: role, pay range, location, must-haves, nice-to-haves.
  2. You pay the upfront fee ($99 per opening).
  3. We share a batch of screened candidates within 5 business days.
  4. You interview them and share results.
  5. If you make a hire, the success fee applies (see Pricing below). If not, we go back to step 3. We share up to 4 batches per engagement. 1 in 3 clients close from the first batch.
